Rockwell the anchor school for Cycle Against Suicide. - Archived from 2017-

On Monday the 21st of November Rockwell College announced their role as an Anchor School for 2017's Cycle Against Suicide. Rockwell will be host to the cyclists as they break on their journey from Fermoy to Thurles in May of the coming year. The cycle will make its way all around the island of Ireland for the fifth consecutive year. Conor Sweeney ( Tipperary Footballer and All-star nominee ), Denis Leamy ( former Munster Rugby player), Edith Carroll ( Tipperary Ladies Footballer), Pat Egan ( teacher ) and Claire Bennett (student leader ambassador for Cycle Against Suicide) all gathered to promote the message "It's ok. not to be ok. and it's absolutely ok. to ask for help" Missing from photo- Patrique Kelly (former Irish Rugby player)
