Matt Quillinan R.I.P - Archived-

It was with great sadness that we received word of the passing of Matt Quillinan, class of 1983, who passed away recently after a courageous battle with cancer. Matt was a gregarious presence at Rockwell events, notably the Rockwell dinner, and his personality and character will be sorely missed.

In the midst of such a sorrowful time, it was a small respite to note the tremendous response of the Rockwell community in making contact with Matt in his last weeks. This was of great comfort to Matt and his family, and we commend all those who took the time to make this gesture.

For all of those who can, Matt’s funeral will be taking place in Luton Crematorium next Friday 16th (more details below), and your attendance would be very much appreciated. A future mass will be held in Ireland for those who cannot attend, and details on that will be forthcoming.

We would extend our sympathies and thoughts to all those Matt left behind, and wish them all the best in this difficult time.
